Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the package rules and airline policies. Some payments may be non-refundable depending on visa, flight, or hotel charges.
3. Travel Documents:
Pilgrims are responsible for providing valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. At-Tawbah Umrah & Hajj will assist with visa processing but is not liable for delays or rejections by authorities.
4. Health and Vaccination:
Travelers must comply with all health and vaccination requirements mandated by Saudi authorities. At-Tawbah Umrah & Hajj is not responsible for any health issues that arise due to non-compliance.
5. Responsibility and Liability:
While we take utmost care in providing services, At-Tawbah Umrah & Hajj is not responsible for unforeseen events, delays, or disruptions caused by airlines, natural events, or governmental regulations.
6. Package Inclusions and Changes:
Packages include services listed at the time of booking. Any additional services, upgrades, or changes may incur extra charges.
7. Conduct:
Pilgrims are expected to follow the guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by At-Tawbah Umrah & Hajj and Saudi authorities. Misconduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
8. Agreement Acceptance:
By booking a package, the pilgrim agrees to these Terms and Conditions. At-Tawbah Umrah & Hajj reserves the right to modify terms at any time, with updated terms applicable to future bookings.
